Good morning, Ghana. Today is Thursday, the first of October. Ghana has won a major tax arbitration involving Tullow. An international tribunal upheld a three hundred and ninety-three point zero nine million dollar assessment and ruled that the Ghana Revenue Authority acted lawfully. Drivers, take note: the start of TRAFFITECH-GH has moved from today to the first of November, allowing another month for public education before automated enforcement begins. The Auditor-General says a public tracker will launch this month, showing outstanding audit recommendations and money recovered. The Audit Service also plans wider use of data analytics and appropriately governed artificial intelligence. And in football, Medeama beat ten-man Port City one-nil in Tarkwa. Kelvin Nkrumah scored in first-half stoppage time, sending Medeama top of the Premier League on goal difference. Clear facts make better decisions. I’m Kofi. Have a purposeful Thursday.
